Humanisterna arrangerar seminarium med finansminister Anders Borg, prästen Annika Borg och förbundsordförande Christer Sturmark.
Hur ska gränsen dras mellan politik och religion? Vilket utrymme bör det finnas för religion och religiösa uttryck i en sekulär stat? Ett samtal om religionens plats i politiken mellan Humanisternas förbundsordförande Christer Sturmark, finansminister Anders Borg och teologie doktorn och prästen Annika Borg. Temat är gränsdragningen mellan religion och politik och religionsfrihetens gränser.
Samtalet fokuserar på gränsytan mellan politik och livsåskådningar. Vilket inflytande kan religiös tro ha i politiken, och hur ska regering och riksdag förhålla sig till Svenska kyrkan och andra trossamfund? Hur ska staten göra om religionsfriheten kommer i konflikt med andra rättigheter? Är den svenska staten sekulär på riktigt?
Ett samtal om mänskliga rättigheter och värderingar och hur de påverkar politiken.
Samtalet äger rum onsdagen den 4 juli klockan 17.00 i Grasp Raws trädgård, Norra Kyrkogatan 3, Visby. (ca 45 min)
